Episode #25 / Jun 15, 2009

We've all done it before: fallen asleep with our makeup on and wondered if it's really a problem. Dr. Schultz will explain what falling asleep with your makeup on really means for your skin.

Thank you Dr. Schultz for clarifying this topic. I like to take care of my skin but some nights, oh some nights!, one is just too tired to remove the makeup! Now I can go to bed those nights not feeling bad about myself!!

its a must for me to take off my makeup at night. If i don't skin looks so dehydrated when i wake up in the morning or it looks soooo oily...i think it is very important to let you skin breath at night.
